Notation to high-G ukulele
Frettify helps ukulele players move from staff notation to practical four-string tab. Score recognition stays the same as guitar; the tab output uses re-entrant high-G gCEA, four tab lines, and does not treat the G string as a bass string.
Download your converted tab as a Guitar Pro file or a printable PDF.

Quick answer
Frettify turns readable sheet music, lead sheets, and PDF scores into editable standard high-G ukulele tabs online. Choose Ukulele to map the part onto gCEA, with the re-entrant fourth string higher than the C and E strings.
Convert lead sheets and readable treble-clef scores into high-G ukulele tab drafts.
Use standard re-entrant gCEA tuning with a four-line tab in A–E–C–g order.
Keep the high G as a re-entrant string instead of assuming lower strings are lower in pitch.
Review warnings and edit fingerings after the first conversion.
After conversion, review and edit your tablature, then download a Guitar Pro (.gp) file for editing and playback or export a PDF of your tab for printing. These downloads are available across Frettify's supported instrument conversions.
Yes. Land on this page or choose Ukulele before conversion. Frettify maps the written pitches onto standard high-G ukulele. Low-G and custom tunings are not supported.
No. Frettify uses the same sheet-music recognition pipeline. What changes is the tablature: four strings, re-entrant high-G gCEA, and a four-line ukulele tab.
No. Start from a readable sheet music PDF, score photo, or lead sheet. MusicXML still works if you already have it, but sheet music is the main path.
Upload a lead sheet or readable score with Ukulele selected, generate standard high-G tab, then refine fingerings in the browser.
